What are 1-2 of your most significant academic/extracurricular/work experiences?
I interned as a PR and Marketing coordinator in Ruder Finn and Galeries Lafayette, and assisted a Gold Rooster Award winning director.
What is your ideal job/role in about 10 years?
I hope to plan several media campaigns which can have a strong impact on the public. Being a producer and making wonderful films or TV series is also my ideal job.
What led you to enroll in the MSLCE program at Northwestern?
I haven’t had many courses such as marketing, key aspects of economics, accounting and corporate finance, or how to pitch a creative event in my undergraduate years. Although my internships helped me make up for this disadvantages, I feel that MSLCE can provide me with well-rounded knowledge about creative enterprises and furnish opportunities to put what I have learned into practice.
Favorite (song/movie/podcast/show/festival/exhibition…)
My favorite movies are Parasite and The Truman Show.
What aspect of the MSLCE program are you most excited to experience? (i.e. specific class, site visit, IDEA fund, internship, etc.)
Site visits, specific classes like Economics of Creative Enterprises, and networking opportunities.
If you could have lunch with one person (living or dead), who would it be? And why?
Stanley Kubrick, because he is so talented and can express profound meaning by integrated various elements in his films. What’s more, he is skilled in so many aspects of filmmaking: being a producer, photographer, director and so on, so I really want to learn from him.
What award would you most like to win?
Oscar Award
If you had to describe yourself in three words, they would be…
Rational but emotional, freedom
