What are 1-2 of your most significant academic/extracurricular/work experiences? Started the Chicago Dancer Pay Transparency Project to bring pay transparency to the Chicago dance community in 2023
What is your ideal job/role in about 10 years? Artistic Director of an internationally renowned dance company and studio
What led you to enroll in the MSLCE program at Northwestern? I wanted to learn essential business skills in an arts centric context, find innovative ways to grow an equitable dance company and create a sustainable creative business for the future.
What aspect of the MSLCE program are you most excited to experience? (i.e. specific class, site visit, IDEA fund, internship, etc.) I’m really excited to take the Culture and Arts Analytics course!
Favorite piece of media? One of my favorite dance productions is Alexander Ekman’s “Midsummer Night’s Dream” (it’s not based on the Shakespeare play)
