MS in Leadership for Creative Enterprises B2M Degree Requirements
14 credits are required to complete the MSLCE degree. See the Curriculum page for the list of MSLCE courses
- Count up to 3 elective credits taken while enrolled in undergraduate courses at Northwestern
- Once enrolled in MSLCE take
- 5 Core Credits
- 4-5 Elective Credits
- 1-2 Experiential Credits
MSLCE B2M Enrollment Sample Plan
The MSLCE B2M program is designed to be completed in three quarters through full-time study, beginning in the Fall Quarter.
Fall Quarter: 2 Core Credits, 2 Elective Credits
Winter Quarter: 1 Core Credit, 3 Elective Credits
Spring Quarter: 2 Core Credits, 1 Experiential Credit
*All coursework must be completed within five years of the first quarter of enrollment.
MSLCE B2M Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Northwestern University bachelor’s degree, any major
- Enrolled in Senior year
- Have up to 3 credits of eligible coursework that have been, or plan to be, completed while enrolled as an NU undergrad (see below)
- Bachelor’s degree conferred prior to first quarter of enrollment in the MSLCE program
MSLCE B2M Application Requirements
Application requirements for the MSLCE Accelerated B2M program are the same as the regular MSLCE program plus a list of completed or planned undergraduate courses that could count toward the MSLCE degree. Visit the Application Instructions page for details and to start an application.
Eligible Courses from Undergraduate Coursework
Students must earn at least a B grade in an eligible course in order for it to count toward MSLCE program credit.

Other courses, including Special Topics courses offered through Communication Studies, RTVF, and Theatre, or other Northwestern Schools that meet course requirements may be eligible as well upon approval from the Faculty Director.
Undergraduate courses that count toward a core class for the MCI Certificate are not eligible for credit toward the MSLCE Accelerated B2M degree.
