Experience:  I was selected to be an international peer orientation leader that assists the university in welcoming over 100 students. In addition, I serve as a resource for the incoming students and direct hour-long meetings at orientation. In my spare time, I was a harp player in the Miami University symphony orchestra for the past four years.

Ideal Job in 10 Years: I am still seeking an ideal role that pairs my interest and my ability at this time. In the short term, I want to work hard and learn as much as possible in this program. During my time at NU, I would like to explore and determine what area of the creative industry I am best at so I can specialize further in my career. Hopefully, I will have a job with more responsibility to gain more hands-on experience related to the industry over the next several years. If needed, I plan on getting an MBA to extend my leadership and collaborative skills with different departments to improve my overall business insights.

What led you to enroll in the MSLCE program at Northwestern? Based on my research, MSLCE is the best combination program for business and creative industries, providing students with many opportunities. I believe my undergrad background can enhance my expertise, skills, and personal development to make things happen in a positive environment through this program. Plus, the reputation of NU is always a leader in the communication industry.

What are you most looking forward to about the MSLCE program? Internship

Which leader or influential figure inspires you the most and why? I respect any value-driven leader, especially women leaders. For now, I would say Queen Elizabeth II. She devoted her whole life to her country and did her duties until the last minute.
