Ideal job in 10 Years: Starting a record label/management agency focused on providing smaller scale, hands on support to upstart bands in the DIY/house show setting in a manner that demonstrates a clear break from the exploitative conditions faced by independent artists.

What led you to enroll in the MSLCE program at Northwestern? My experiences with writing and music have taught me the tremendous importance of storytelling, and I hope to use this skills to lift up the unapologetic expression of others.

What are you most looking forward to about the MSLCE program? The internship.

If you could have lunch with one person (living or dead), who would it be? David Bowie – There’s never been a more ethereally expressive being.
