Experience: Cleaning Closets is my ongoing oral history project which collects and shares true coming out stories from both sides of the closet door. I am also on the Associate Board for The Night Ministry which puts Chicagoans in touch with Housing, Healthcare and Human Connection.

Ideal job in 10 years: Having my own business and being an independent producer.

What led you to enroll in the MSLCE program at Northwestern? I wanted to gain new skills and refine my skills in the arts so that I can work for myself. I’m particularly interested in the law/ethics and pitching courses.

What are you most looking forward to about the MSLCE program? The Law/Ethics course and the Pitching course. Wish I could take the Digital TV course, but don’t think it’ll fit in my schedule, but I’m excited to meet that staff.

Which leader or influential figure inspires you the most and why? Dolly Parton because she’s kind, smart, talented, and giving.
